We stand behind the quality of all products at MJ Gifts. If you receive a damaged or defective item purchased directly from us, you may request a refund or exchange within 10 calendar days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and from a smoke-free environment. Purchases made through third-party sellers must be returned to the original seller. Personalized items are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
